Camp Nerdly

Camp Nerdly

An annual gathering of nerdy friends

Meal and Packing Lists

All meals will include allergen-free options for attendees who have informed us of their dietary needs. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know ASAP.

Snacks, peanut butter sandwiches, and cheese sandwiches will be available to all campers at all times. We will endeavor to keep coffee and hot water available all day long; however, remember that Camp Nerdly is a community effort: if there is none left, please make some! 🙂

*Meal plan is subject to change at any time if the need arises.

Packing List

You won’t exactly be roughing it, but if this is your first trip to Camp Nerdly, here is a list of useful stuff:

  • A sleeping bag and pillow (check out the Cabins page for more info)

  • Practical layers — since the event is in mid-May, it can be anywhere from freezing to broiling, sometimes both in one day!

  • A rain jacket or poncho

  • Weather-proof footwear (if it rains, the grounds can be slippery/muddy)

  • A water bottle

  • Sunscreen
  • Insect repellent
  • Flip-flops to wear in the shower
  • A towel
  • A flashlight
  • Pencils/paper
  • Dice
  • A game that you would like to run
  • Some games to share (board, card, etc) for spontaneous, unscheduled “pickup” games

If you are coming from far away, need help acquiring any of these items, or have any other questions, please contact us.

We can keep waxing lyrical about how amazing the Nerdly community can be… but why tell you, when we can simply show you?

Sounds great, right? Learn how to attend.
